Changed your mind? No worries.

If your order is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery, we'll happily provide a full refund.

Please note that return postage for returns is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, we'll make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace or refund the item in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Just get in touch and we'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Every ByStorm grip is backed by our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.

If your Betty or Margie ever breaks through normal use or stops gripping the way it should, we'll replace it free of charge.

There are no time limits. We simply ask that the product has been used as intended and hasn't been deliberately damaged, modified or misused.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo if the item is faulty or damaged (this helps us process your request faster)

We'll guide you through the next steps with as little fuss as possible.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

For NDIS-funded purchases, the same product guarantees apply. Any refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable NDIS funding and payment requirements.

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30-day returns policy and Lifetime Replacement Guarantee are offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
